相关配比
需求配比是指根据市场需求（比如刚性、touzi或者改善、婚房在成交中占主导地位的需求)来决定所建设的主力户型比例，比如刚性需求中的婚房一般是在90平方米以下，享受政策的优惠，可以做34-50的小户型，可以做标准2房，也可以做精致3房，如果是改善性住房，可能要做100-140的大户型。
